Back into the swing

Our homeschooling winter break is over.  Yesterday was our first day delving back into our studies.   Yesterday we practiced multiplication, long division whose answers included decimals, and quiet reading of chapter books,  as well as a lesson about the moon, followed by a moon walk.

Today we had a Spanish lesson in which we started working with a Family Names word set, more multiplication practice,  and a natural science lesson about Great Blue Herons.  My husband is getting more into homeschooling,  which is nice.  He is the natural science teacher.
