Crispy Homemade Crackers

These crispy crackers are made by cutting tortillas into strips, tossing them in oil and salt,  and baking them for 10 – 15 min.

Yum. It’s an easy and quick way to use up any extra burrito wraps or pita bread taking up space in your fridge. The bread products do not have to be very fresh since the crackers are baked to be crispy.
