Many New Pickled Veggies

24 jars of pickled veggies!

Amazing!

Thanks to my pickling friends for all their help; it felt effortless. And that is incredible.

Three different brines. Three broken jars (all mine). Three canning friends. One Happy Lady.

The chickens are always happy on canning days

The snacking spread

Some delectable pickles from sessions past

Peeling chopping station

My grocery list

My three beautiful cast irons, all clean and in a row

The fruits of our labor

Look at the clock! Done so early! I was flabbergasted and didn’t know what to do with myself.

My lovely hubby did the crazy pile of dishes observed in an earlier post. I felt such relief. I wanted to dance and swirl around in the kitchen. It was such a good feeling.

Notice the blank spots in my pantry?  The pantry will welcome the veggies with open arms.
