The playspace needs decluttering

The baby playspace at our home has gotten a little cluttered lately. There are fun toys and books there, just too many of them. The idea is to keep it simple. This way ‘new’ toys can rotated in again and feel fresh.

I need to take out some of these toys and put them on our young children’s bookshelf. At this point there are so many toys in the playspace that River has a hard time wading through the toys and blocks to get to the ones she wants to play with. Even simple wooden and felt toys can be too much if there are enough of them to be overwhelming.
