  1. I’m anxious to try them – Judy growing garlic for the first time this year. How do you prepare them?

    • Erin O'Neill says:

      You can sauté them or steam them and eat with butter and salt or any desired seasonings. Or you can chop them up small use them as a garnish / topping for soups, salads, stir fries and many other dishes. I usually use them in place of the regular garlic or onion in the dish. I do not enjoy them by theirselves very much, rather I prefer them mixed in or as a garnish.
