Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix

The cold months are upon us and nothing warms the soul like hot cocoa.

I found the box at the storage unit with my baking supplies in it. I layered powdered sugar, non-fat dried milk, regular sugar, and unsweetened cocoa powder in a mason jar. Then I swirled it all up with a chopstick until it was mixed. Ta-da! Easy and inexpensive hot cocoa mix. These were all ingredients I had on hand, and I still have quite a but of each ingredient left for making more mix or other baking products.

  1. Anything, in my opinion, is better in a Mason jar!
