Hand Crafted File Folders

Goodness have I been living lately. Volunteering for three causes, canning up the season’s harvest, caring for all of our animals, sewing homemade clothing, and of course mothering and caring for a home and family.
Sorry to be out of touch for a few weeks here, life was just so full on that it was all consuming.

Here is one of my recent projects:

Hand Crafted File Folders

Some of the lovely paper used:

I beautified some old, reused file folders for my husband and I to store our paperwork in. I was inspired by some really lovely ones saw in the store, but they were $12 each, and had very few sections in each one. Plus I had these perfectly good (if boring ) ones at home. So I saved us $24 and, with a little elmer’s glue and beautiful paper, I transformed them into custom made, organizational life savers.
