Canned up 37 jars of dill pickles on Saturday.  11 quarts, 15 pints, and 1 quart jar of dilly beans. I made slicers, spears, and whole pickles using last year’s recipie that went over so well. Advertisements

Six tiny jars of pickled garlic

I am using these new jars today.  They are the old school kind with rubber seals and glass lids.  Honestly they make me a little nervous because I have never used them before and they don’t come with instructions.
